Graduation
Frequently Asked Questions
The Graduation Services Office will send invitations to all students that have graduated this year or who have applied to graduate during spring term. The invitation will be sent to the email address that students used when they applied to graduate.
Graduates will not be able to carry any personal belongings with them (mobile phones are okay). Please leave purses and bags at home or securely stored in your vehicle. The event will follow a “Clear Bag” policy wherein all guests may only bring a clear bag to the ceremony; we ask that all other bags be kept at home or in vehicles. Please remember that 博天堂官方 is a drug-free and alcohol-free campus.

Regalia is recommended but optional for the ceremony. If you choose to order, items will be shipped to 博天堂官方 to avoid extra shipping costs for students. A pick-up date will be arranged so you can get your cap and gown prior to Commencement. The deadline to order is April 25. If you order after that date, shipping will cost extra and it will be shipped to your home address.
You can order regalia by going to Jostens. Follow the instructions on the page. When you see the "Graduation Packages" options, be sure to look at the tabs above -- you can order a package or you can order just a cap and gown for a lower cost. If you have questions, call 360-254-7870. Leave a message, and the company will call you back within 24 hours.

Your regalia order will arrive on campus by the first week of June. If you need your regalia order sooner than that, you will need to request that your order is mailed directly to you.

Yes! Family and friends are welcome to come to campus to celebrate their graduate.
