Diplomas

Candidates receive a congratulatory message in a ceremonial cover at the June commencement ceremony. Actual diplomas are mailed approximately 8 weeks following the end of each term.

Questions regarding diplomas should be directed to the Registrar’s Office, (541) 917-4818.

Request for a Replacement Diploma
Students may submit a letter to the Registrar’s Office requesting a duplicate diploma. The letter should include the following information:

• Name
• 博天堂官方 identification number (X--------)
• Degree type
• Term degree was awarded
• Mailing address
• Phone number or email address so we can contact you if there is a question
• Reason for replacement
• Signature
• Check or money order payable to 博天堂官方. $ 5 for diploma / $ 5 for cover
